While yours truly was taking a nap The party was feeling we were in a trap We demanded some answers and the hooded guys spoke "We're here from Bolgranna, this isn't a joke" "She needs your help to get out of this place" Or so claimed the guy with chains all through his face Vale hopped into the ethereal plane While the rest of us followed the figures in chains We strode through the city which continued to shrink We arrived at the tower in less than a blink Inside was a metal sphere over our heads And some circles and orbs where we happened to tread Dear Hoj at once noticed some shelves full of jars Inside of each twinkled some lights as if stars "My soul!" he exclaimed and broke open the glass An interesting discovery he then made at last The jar contained nothing, 'twas illusory For a moment Hoj wondered just how it could be But it seemed mere belief that he'd lost his soul Was enough to convince him he wasn't quite whole "Bolgranna would like you to help break the seal" We asked what our party would get from this deal? "She'll let you live and leave this cursed town" "Or else stay and die here if you turn her down" Vale floated over and spoke to the sphere And softly she spoke that only he'd hear "I'll tell you about how I came to be trapped" And in her story the ranger was wrapped Dear Rampart's founder had once sought her aid And when it came time for his debts to be paid He tricked the poor devil and wrapped her in steel Sympathy for her, Vale slightly did feel Vale reappeared and explained to our group Of how Bolgranna had come to be duped We argued and argued for quite a long time Most of it unworthy of putting in rhymes Our group had instructions to help get her out But the words kept on changing, which put us in doubt And, honestly, what we discussed I can't tell For this was the time that I napped for a spell Eventually we all agreed it'd be best If we crawled in our hut and took a long rest To free her was for the best or for the worst It would probably help if we slept on it first
