- The cultists' robes
Started to wriggle and writhe
It looked like their plain cloaks
Had just come alive
Lyrad popped two arrows
Into a guy
And out of the cloak
A bunch of worms did fly
Junibear bit
At zombie-like bloke
And into her mouth
A few worms then broke
She tasted some poison
And clawed at her foe
And into a pile of
Worms he did go
Barry and Barold
Our fresh-summoned bears
Began to strike cultists
With nary a care
Then Hoj was beset by
A worm spitting fiend
Though the wound he received
Wasn't bad as it seemed
Mugs and Vale struck at the
Group with their swords
A pile of worms
Was their only rewards
Will healed up Junibear
Willing killing a foe
And Rys whispered something
That caused bad guys woe
Hoj killed his leech
Then fried a zombie
Lyrad and Pam brought
A cultist to his knees
While Mugs and Vale figured
That now was the time
To start to investigate
The cultist's crimes
Rys and Will opted to wait for a kill
And Hoj showed off his lack of
Ranged attack skill
Pam struck the zombies
By running with thunder
And pushed down a cultist
And rent him asunder
Lyrad shot both zombies
And crushed one with vines
Rys killed the other
With dissonant lines
And so ended combat at
With all of these fiends
And we quickly became
A party of great means
There were lots of coin
And a few other things
With this last haul
We could all live like kings
But with his head full of
battle endorphins
Hoj said we should
Build a house for orphans
Rys told the group
It was time to head out
We quick left the Dregs
Via our secret route
Rys felt like the
Merry Hydra was beckoning
So he marched to
The site of Riann's reckoning
The place was jam-packed
There were fans wall to wall
It seemed like poor Keera
Didn't expect this at all
Rys seemed oblivious to
Having caught her off guard
And informed her it was time for
The Battle of the Bards
Rys took the stage
And he addressed the crowd
And gave a performance
That made his party proud
He sang a great song
Celebrating his friends
And hit most of the high notes
That came at the end
Rys then went on
To salute the whole down
And that jam quite nearly
Brought the pub house down
He ended the night
With the greatest of songs
Dispelling some myths
About Bards that were wrong
He sang and he danced
And he joked with the crowd
And after his last note
He humbly bowed
That he was the best Bard
He had just surely proved
It was time for O'Sruthan
To at last make her move
